Minot Milling is a division of Philadelphia Macaroni Company, a fifth-generation family-owned pasta manufacturer founded in 1914. With over 100 years in the pasta making business, Minot knows the value of superior flour. In 1998, to maintain optimum control of the quality of the flour used in our own pasta, Minot Milling built a durum milling plant in the center of the world’s finest wheat region, Minot, North Dakota. In 2005, Minot added the Bakery Flour Mill and market to the commercial bread baking industry.

Today, Minot Milling is still defined by its dedication to quality, as well as a commitment to sustainability. Our practices are rooted in a commitment to support farmers, resources and communities. Minot produces conventional, organic and custom-blended flour products. Our mill is proud to be the preferred flour source for many of the best-known brands, food marketers and manufacturers nationwide.
